January - Febraury - March - November - December:
- daily price: 240,00 Euro
- weekly price: 1.500,00 Euro
April - May - October:
- daily price: 280,00 Euro
- weekly price: 1.750,00 Euro
June - September:
- daily price: 310,00 Euro;
- weekly price: 1.950,00 Euro
July - August:
- daily price: 340,00 Euro
- weekly price: 2.250,00 Euro
From 20th of December to 6th of January please consider the price list of June - September.
- Local Tax: of €1.5 per person per day
- Minimum Stay: 3 days
- Heating: according to consumption, on reading the meter
- Final cleaning: € 80
- Extra bed: € 15 per dayù
GENERAL CONDITIONS
To confirm your booking a deposit of 20% of the whole amount due is requested. The remaining amount must be paid upon your arrival at the Villa.
Cancellation policies: the deposit paid will not be given back.
Upon your arrival at the Villa we ask a caution deposit of 250,00 Euro for possible damages and consumptions. The deposit will be given back upon departure.
